Can't sell with Paypal on Ebay? (only asks to "Place Your Credit Card On File")

So, you already have a Paypal account and/or now you just got a brand new Ebay account. As soon as you try to sell an item it will ask you for a credit card, to pay monthly sellers fees. Don't worry, the monthly sellers fees are not monthly charges unless you sold something that month. Using a HDTV as a computer monitor, dual monitor

No need to buy an extra computer monitor if you already have an HDTV. You can use it as a second monitor or as your main computer monitor. What you'll need: 1. HDMI Cable Amazon Basics 2.
