Can't sell with Paypal on Ebay? (only asks to "Place Your Credit Card On File")

So, you already have a Paypal account and/or now you just got a brand new Ebay account.
As soon as you try to sell an item it will ask you for a credit card, to pay monthly sellers fees.
Don't worry, the monthly sellers fees are not monthly charges unless you sold something that month.

So instead of selling your first item by going through the "add credit card" page first you should go from the help page for Paying Your eBay Seller Fees.
On this help page you can read about other payment options, like pay pal, and also includes a link to verify your Paypal account with Ebay.
